Configure multiple languages to read messages in Siri
Siri in iOS 17.4 offers us quite a few interesting options. Like the ability to configure multiple languages so Siri can read messages. This is a very interesting thing for people who communicate with others in several languages. Ideal for business topics, especially for those doing this internationally.
Fortunately, doing so is very simple. We can add as many as we want, and we can even delete them at any time. Setting up a voice for each language or language for all is really simple, and that is what we will see in this article with a simple step-by-step guide so that no one gets lost in the process.
Remember that it is also possible to program SMS using iPhone in a simple way, in case you think it is appropriate, even in different languages.
The first thing we'll do is go into Settings, then we'll go to Siri and Search to configure the subject of the message. On the next screen we will click on Messaging with Siri.
Now, what we'll do is tap Add Language so we can install new languages that Siri will read. We can see that Siri supports a remarkable variety of languages, and we can choose the languages we want, and it can be one or more other languages.
We will have to wait until the download process is complete. Let's remember that languages are downloaded when we select them, so be a little patient.
What we can do, once they're all downloaded, is choose the audio for the new language. We will click on the voice that appears on the screen to choose the voice that will be used to read the languages.
If we don't want to continue using the language of our choice, we will place our finger on the language, move it from right to left, and choose Delete.
